Progetto n.1
The project aims at the development and dissemination of advanced materials characterization techniques. Specifically, it is proposed to make available the already existing joint CNR-UniPG Lab. for the characterization of innovative nanomaterials with state-of-the-art techniques of electron spectroscopy (Auger, UPS, XPS, CFSYS photoemission variants), reverse photoemission ( IPES), electron diffraction (LEED and RHEED), topography by AFM, time resolved optical spectroscopy (TAS) and X-rays (XAS) using campus sources and synchrotron radiation. Some techniques will also be used with time resolution, to investigate ns-ps scale phenomena (carrier dynamics, surface photovoltage).
